U.S. oil group applauds pro-export bill

A consortium of oil producers in the United States said it welcomed the introduction of a bill that would ease restrictions on U.S. crude oil exports. Rep. Joe Barton, R-Texas, introduced a bill Tuesday that would remove all restrictions on the export of crude oil from the United States.
