Sanctions on Iran keeping investors at bay, EIA report says

International sanctions still inhibit Iran's ability to attract foreign investments to its energy sector, the U.S. Energy Information Administration said. EIA, the statistical arm of the Energy Department, updated its country profile for Iran.
