Maverick Synfuels and Petrostar Petroleum have announced the formation of Maverick Northstar, a joint venture to facilitate the deployment and operation of gas-to-liquids (GTL) technology in the Canadian Provinces of Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
